As a Realtor, it’s great to know where our potential clients are coming from.  Luckily for me, the California Association of Realtors took a lot of guess work out of it.

It’s no surprise to me that the top three ways a potential client chooses a real estate firm is from reputation, past experience with a salesperson, or a recommendation.  For me personally, I’d like to say that my reputation precedes me, but I think that a big chunk of my business comes from past experiences.  Some come from my work in the local moms groups.  Some I’ve met and chatted with at open houses.  Others yet have been recommendations from past clients.  No matter where a client comes from though, each get my full attention and utmost care.
