So much family fun for these last two weeks of April! Eggs, eggs, and more eggs! Check out what’s going on in the San Fernando Valley over these beautiful days of Spring!

 

Fri April 14th

Burbank – Classic Car Night at Bob’s Big Boy is always a great Friday Night!

Northridge – Only one days left! Hop on in to the Westfield Northridge Fashion Center and get your photo with the Bunny! Save over 30% when you pre-order a package online.

Sat April 15th

All Locations – Every Saturday, at all Williams-Sonoma locations, they are hosting a cooking class for children ages 5-13. Kids can learn to make snacks, main dishes, and deserts.

All Locations – Today, at all Home Depots, they have a free monthly workshop for kids ages 5-12. The workshop teaches them basic DIY skills and tool safety. The children get to take home their craft and a free Kids Workshop kit.

Burbank – Every Saturday from 8am – 12:30pm in Downtown Burbank check out the Farmer’s Market. They have a wide selection of fruits, vegetables, and other fare arriving fresh from local farms!

Burbank – Spring Egg-Stravaganza from 9 am to 12pm at McCambridge Park! The park will be filled with fun activities for all ages including games, a bounce house, egg hunts for children, photo opportunities with City of Burbank mascots, and the famous bunny!

Burbank – Have you heard of the new children’s book: Don’t Dilly Dally, Silly Sally?? A book that might help your lil one put a pep in their step (or maybe even one in yours!). The author, Marc Ferrari, will be at Barnes and Noble from 2pm-4pm.

Moorpark – Through 4/18 Underwood Farms will be having their annual Eggs-travaganza! If you haven’t taken your littles to this farm yet, now is the time to do it! They have cute Easter egg hunts, animal shows, photo booths, and so much more fun for the kiddos!

Santa Clarita – Gilchrist Farm hosts fun activities every Saturday from 9am to 2pm.   Activities available include pony rides, wagon rides,  petting zoo, and crafts, (charged per activity, $5 each).

Tarzana –  The First Annual Spring Egg Hunt at the Tarzana Community and Cultural Center will be followed by some games and activities, provided by their artist in residence, Chloe Cumbow, and their new Spanish immersion partner, Piñata Spanish

Sat April 22nd

Burbank – Scooter Spectacular at the Burbank Skate park located at Valley Park from 5:00 to 9:00 PM.  Admission is free and includes free scootering, contests, games, prizes, bbq, face painting, and more!

Newhall – There is something for everyone at the Cowboy Festival! Listen to a variety of performances at five different stages; shop western merchandise; and activities for a variety of ages; stroll through the park to enjoy traditional cowboy grub from one of many food vendors
