SOUTH BAY: Tai Chi in the garden. Learn this beautiful ancient Chinese practice, with graceful meditative movements that help maintain physical health, well-being, and spiritual essence. PASADENA – Rose Bowl Flea Market: Perhaps the Los Angeles area’s most iconic flea market, this event around the exterior of the Rose Bowl is staggeringly colossal—but what else would you expect from a 90,000-seat stadium? CENTRAL LA – Craft and Folk Art Museum – You never know what you might find at this smaller museum that hosts a wide variety of exhibitions. Admission is “pay what you want” on Sundays, from 11 am to 6 pm.

GRIFFITH PARKThe museum formerly known as the Cowboy Museum welcomes families each day for its exhibition of Native American and Western U.S. history.

SIMI VALLEY: Sundays in the Park with Camp Alonim – The Sunday fun with Camp Alonim includes camp activities, crafts, swimming, music, horseback riding, ropes course, and more

Families are invited to the 2700-acre playground on the Brandeis – Bardin Campus in Simi Valley to ride a horse, climb the Alpine tower, create art, try archery, play basketball, or explore nature and the STEAM Lab (Science/Teva/Earth/Animals/Mensches).
