FULLERTON – First Night Celebration
This is the 27th year for First Night, which takes place from 7 to midnight in Downtown Fullerton. Families can enjoy live music, kids’ activities, food vendors, and rides like the trainless track and a zip line. The event is alcohol-free and draws 15,000 guests each year.
LONG BEACH – New Year’s Eve at the Waterfront
If you’re looking to ring in the New Year without losing sleep, head to Rainbow Harbor. It goes from 5 – 10 p.m and features food, entertainment, Kid Zone, live music, and more. There will be an East Coast countdown at 9 p.m. followed by fireworks.
LOS ANGELES – Grand Park N.Y.E.L.A.
Bring the family and your friends to this event by Grand Park and The Music Center. There will be live music, DJs, food vendors, photo booths, and more. This is an alcohol-free event, and it starts at 8 p.m.
MARINA DEL REY – New Year’s Eve Fireworks & Glow Party
The Glow Party kicks things off at 7 p.m. with DJs, dancing, face painting, food trucks, and more. Fireworks will take place at 9 p.m. (midnight East Coast time) and midnight.
TEMECULA – Annual New Year’s Eve Grape Drop
The fun starts at 6 p.m. in Town Square, where a large bunch of grapes will descend 65 feet from the third story of the Civic Center’s clock tower. There will be live music, dancing, a Fun Zone of activities for the kids (including a giant slide!), and more.
